Panna Cotta on caramel sauce.



My period returned panna cotta, it has been long time since I had not prepared.
I do not change the basic recipe, I've tried enough to agree that it is perfect. By
cons for a pleasant change, recount the tokens grout.
Today, a child with a flavor sauce carambars. I've given you the recipe for sauce prepared with condensed milk ; today with an extremely simple recipe cream.
You can enjoy hot or cold.

RECIPE :

grout : 100 g cream - 10 carambars.

Gently heat the cream, then drop in the carambars, let melt, stirring with a wooden spoon. Ridding

into ramekins and leave in the freezer.

To the rest of the sauce jar, store in refrigerator (will keep for one week).




panna cotta :

Melt in cold water 7 g gelatin.
Heat 700 grams of cream with 70 g of vanilla sugar (or 70 g caster sugar and vanilla pod).
When the cream begins to boil, turn off heat, melt the gelatin, stir well.

Remove ramekins from freezer, pour the cream over the sauce and let set in the refrigerator again.
